Back once again. This card is for Freshly Made Sketches 279.  I am on a summer theme kick this weekend I guess! My card today uses a flip flop die set from Paper Smooches! So cute!!

Papers are from Doodlebug Design. I used Distress inks around the edges. Banner dies are from Sizzix.

Love this sketch! Layers and banners - my favorite things!

Tag You're it challenge 67

Hello and happy Sunday! I am featuring a tag I made for the Tag You're it Challenge #67.

Here is the inspiration tag:

This lovely tag inspired me to use a flourish on my tag.

I was trying to replicate her color scheme. I used paper from Stampin Up from pack of paper I had. I am really happy with the colors, even if they aren't an exact match to the inspiration tag.

The tag die is from Simon Says Stamp, flourish and Butterfly dies are from Memory Box. Little word stamp is Hero Arts.

Thanks for visiting today.

Cas(e) This Sketch 212

Hello - I am back again this time with a card for Cas(e) This Sketch 212.

Here is the sketch I followed:

I thought it was rather fun to have pretty paper be the focus of the card rather than a stamped image.
Designer paper is from Doodlebug Designs.

Hello die is from Simon Says Stamp. Sequins are from Pretty Pink Posh.

Thinking spring on this chilly day in Minnesota.

Thanks for stopping!

Freshly Made Sketches #278

Hello! Today's card is for Freshly Made Sketches 278.

My card uses a stamp set from My Favorite Things.

I used die cuts from Memory Box and Lawn Fawn. Background paper is from Doodlebug Designs.
I colored the image with colored pencils blended with Gamsol. I have been seeing a lot of posts with paper piecing. This stamp set is just perfect for that!

Thanks for visiting!  -Barb
