Hello and welcome! Today I am playing along with Case this Sketch #210.

I was trying to come up with something different this time. I flipped the sketch on it's side just be different. I used a valentine stamp set from SU that I had sitting on my desk. I love their pretty papers and matching inks!

Die cuts are from Lil Inker Designs and Sizzix. Stamps and paper from SU!

Addicted to CAS - code word WOOD

Hello - I am back again with my card for the Addicted to CAS - Code word Wood.

For my card I used an embossing folder from Stampin Up and a stamp from Unity Stamps.

I colored the image with colored pencils and then distressed using Distress inks.

Die cuts are from Lawn Fawn and Lil Inker Designs.

Fusion Card Challenge - Pretty In Pink

Back again! I am entering my card in the Fusion Card Challenge - Pretty in Pink!
Right up my alley as I LOVE pink! Here is the sketch I used:

I used the sketch and also the coffee cups from the picture.

I used my favorite Lil Inker Designs coffee cup die cut and stamp set.

The paper is from Doodlebug Designs. I colored the coffee cup lids to match the paper.

Tag You're It Challenge 64

Hello and welcome! Today I am playing along with the Tag You're It Challenge 64. The inspiration tag for this challenge was so inspiring, I made 2 tags! The inspiration tag is just adorable! Take a look:

My first tag, I made with a valentine theme. I seem to be on a valentine's kick this weekend if you look at the previous cards I posted! I drew my inspiration from the tag to use the colors red and white. 

Here is my first tag:

The tag die is from Simon Says Stamp - one of my favorite tag dies I have. The small hearts are a Sizzix die cut.

Cas(E) this Sketch 206

Back again - this time with my card for Cas(E) this Sketch 206.

Here is my version of the sketch:

The cute owl stamp is from Stamping Bella. I colored the image with colored pencils.
Dies are from Lil Inker Designs and Mama Elephant.

I had my post all done and published - I couldn't figure out what I didn't like about my card. THEN I realized I had forgotten to add a sentiment! What a difference that made! LOL

Freshly Made Sketches # 252

I'm back again! Happy to be playing along today with Freshly Made Sketches # 252.  Here is the sketch:

This was a fun sketch to use! For my card I used one of Lawn Fawn's new adorable fall set! Love the little porcupine! I also used some of their beautiful fall plaid papers!

I also used the matching lawn cuts (dies). Lawn Fawn is just one of my favorite stamp companies. Their stamps always stamp so crisply and nice! I colored the porcupine with colored pencils on kraft paper. The stitched border is from Lil Inker Designs.

Tag You're It Challenge #55

Hello ! Happy Labor Day weekend! Finally had a moment to myself to make a tag. This one is for Tag You're It Challenge #55.
Here is the inspiration tag:

I was inspired to make a double tag. I love double tags -they are so much fun to make. From Melissa's design, I used some washi tape, a word and a rounded top tag.

The tag die is from Pretty Pink Posh, the ghost is a Cuttlebug die and the spooky word is from Lil Inker Designs. I thought the googly eyes added some fun dimension to the tag.

Hello and thanks for stopping by today! I am entering a couple of tags in the Tag You're It Challenge 54.  Here is the lovely inspiration tag:

I used her color and flowers as my inspiration for my tags. Here is the first one:

I started with a white tag - heavily distressed it with Salty Ocean distress ink. I then spritzed with water to create a little softer look. The word stamp is from Stampendous and the flower dies are from Lil Inker Designs. Tag dies are from Simon Says Stamp.

Hello - happy Sunday! Today's card is for Cas(e) this Sketch # 176. Another fun sketch!

My favorite 'go to' die cut is my Coffee cup die set from Lil Inker Designs. I love making coffee cards. They are just so much fun to do!

The frame die is from Mama Elephant, no idea what company the flag is from. I hand-doodled the steam, sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

Hmmm - I think a trip to Caribou Coffee is in order today!

Ok , I admit it, this sketch from Case(e) this sketch scared me at first. I thought I would skip this week, but the more I looked at it, the more determined I became to overcome my fear and make a card!

Sugar Pea Sugar Sketch #51

Sugar Pea Sugar Sketch #50

Back again with a card for Sugar Pea's sketch challenge #50! Another cute sketch - perfect for my newest set from Sugar Pea - What ever the weather! Perfect for a perfectly rainy day here.

This time I used the umbrella and cloud dies. So very cute!  I love this set!

Here is a close up view:

Added a little glitter glue to the clouds t make them show up better on the white squares.
Square dies are from Nestablilties and the large rectangle is Lil Inker Designs.

Freshly Made Sketch 233

Greetings on this gloomy Sunday here in Minnesota. Great day to spend in my stamp room! Today's card is for Freshly Made Sketches # 233.

Great sketch this week! Thought I would use some of my newest toys from Sugar Pea Designs.

I used two different sets for this card. The hello die is from the Chatterbox Journal set and the sun is from the Whatever the weather set. Rounded rectangle die is from Lil Inker Designs.

I added a little glitter glue to the sun for extra sparkle. The middle of the sun is popped up with Sugar Puff foam.   Thanks for stopping today! Comments are always appreciated!

Tag you're it challenge #45

Today's card is for Tag your it challenge #45! My inspiration from this sample tag are: wings and the colors!

I pulled out a Memory Box butterfly die cut I  have had for a long time! Perfect for what I had in mind!

To create this card I first cut a panel from watercolor paper using a silly stitched die cut from Lil Inker Designs. I then took some distress inks and splattered the panel until I got the color combo I wanted. I then cut the solid butterfly out of the same paper and added color with the same inks. Then I added ink to another piece and then cut the open butterfly from it.

 I cut the butterfly body from black paper and added glossy accents to the body. The tag is cut out of watercolor paper, using Simon Says Stamp dress up a tag die set. Of course pretty sequins for sparkle.
